
Rose Marie Allenstein
Rose Marie Allenstein is a partner at Allenstein & Allenstein, LLC, where she has proudly practiced law since 2000. Rose Marie specializes in representing individuals injured in car accidents and those seeking disability benefits through the Social Security Administration. A native of Gadsden, Rose graduated from The Baylor School in Chattanooga, TN, in 1992 after attending Gadsden High School. She pursued her undergraduate studies at The University of Colorado in Boulder before earning her degree in Political Science and Philosophy from The University of Alabama in 1996. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law and was admitted to the Bar later that year. Currently, Rose Marie manages a caseload of approximately 400 Social Security cases and is dedicated to representing claimants at all levels of appeal, including Federal Court. Her commitment to justice and personalized client care has been a cornerstone of her practice for over two decades.

Myron opened his law office in 1973 and devoted his career to helping those in need. His daughter, Rose Marie Allenstein, joined him in 2000 and they practiced law together for 22 years.
